Team leadership, web design, web development, content strategy, SEO, UI/UX, stakeholder managagement.

As Web Marketing Director for The University of Melbourne, I am proud to have assembled and led one of the best digital teams in Melbourne.

Comprising a team of 5 full time staff (comprising of a Technical Lead, Front-end developer, Creative Lead, Social Media Manager and a Community Manager), 3 interns and regularly working with some of the best web-agencies in Melbourne (Icelab, Silverpond), I was respomsible for implementing and using design thinking, an agile process and lots of iteration to unify and improve much of the Universities’ web presence.

We also ran and supported numerous campaigns from a web and social perspective, crafting experiences that have had a profound impact on the universities business.

During this time I have been responsible for planning, designing and developing websites, web applications and social media strategies to support of the University’s three major product suites – Students & Teaching, Research and Community Engagement.
